Our accepted mode of payments: Net banking, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American express)
We do not offer cash on delivery.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING
We will send an email confirming your order. Post confirmation of your order, when the piece is being shipped from our end you will receive an email with the tracking details to enable you to track your package.
All prices are inclusive of 12% GST.
Orders placed will reach you in a span of 10-15 days. We will keep you notified in case of a logistical delay.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We do not consider a colour/texture and weave irregularity a defect. It is considered natural when handloom fabrics are used.
We do not accept returns and offer cancellations/refunds, however we offer exchange in size. Please make sure the product is unwashed and unworn.
Should an exchange be the case- please email us at email@example.com, stating your order number and we will get back to you within 5 working days.
Custom made pieces are not eligible for exchanges.
All sale purchases are final.
The items to be returned should be shipped to the following address, and an enclosed note with your name and return address.

Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the sender.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Roza holds the right to not accept a return if a piece shows signs of wear/use/damage.
