RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY

We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases. However, if your request meets our eligibility criteria, we are happy to provide store credit, which can be used toward a future purchase. Store credit is issued after the product is received, inspected, and approved by our team, and is valid as per the brand's store credit policy.
Please note
a) The coupon code is valid only for 6 months, and under no circumstances shall be extended. 
b) The coupon code cannot be applied with any other coupon code presently offered on the website. 
c) The coupon code can be used during the sale period. 
d) Coupon code once used will not be issued again as we offer an exchange/store credit only once. 

MODES OF PAYMENT:

Our accepted mode of payments: net banking, UPI, Apple Pay, Paypal, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American express)
We now offer cash on delivery. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING

We will send an email confirming your order. Post confirmation of your order, when the piece is being shipped from our end you will receive an email with the tracking details to enable you to track your package.

TAXES

All prices are inclusive of 18% GST.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We do not consider a colour/texture and weave irregularity a defect. It is considered natural when handloom fabrics are used.

We offer exchange within 7 working days of delivery.

Should an exchange be the case- please email us at info@rozapret.com, stating your order number and we will get back to you within 2 working days. 

Custom made pieces are not eligible for exchanges. 

We do not offer exchanges in the case of international orders.

The items to be returned should be shipped to the following address, and an enclosed note with your name and return address.

Note: Please note that during sale periods, article exchanges are not permitted. Only size exchanges will be allowed.

Shipping costs for exchanges shall be borne by the sender. If in case you ask us to arrange a pickup, ₹150 shall be deducted from the store credit. 

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Roza holds the right to not accept a return if a piece shows signs of wear/use/damage.
