Exchange and Returns:

We're happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 10 days of delivery for store credit only. As a company policy, we do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Please note that the return/exchange request will only be accepted once. Yes, we provide exchanges for size, style, article, and colour."

To initiate a return or an exchange, we require the number/email ID and name that was used to make the purchase as well as the order number. If the gift is returned, then we issue a store credit note to avoid reaching out to the original buyer."

For all accepted returns, we will issue a credit note immediately after we receive the product from your end, unwashed and unworn with original tags, which is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. "

Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. If the product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued."

Shipping and Delivery

a. We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 20,000. b. A shipping fee of ₹150 applies for domestic orders under ₹20,000. There is no shipping charge for domestic orders above ₹20,000. c. We'll get your order to you as soon as possible! We're taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to ship your order within 4-5 business days. d. In case you have not received your order within the advised time frame, we request you to raise the concern on the same day of receiving the delivery confirmation notification from Roza Pret. e. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard and express deliveries."

Within India, we ship through registered courier companies like Delhivery, DTDC etc. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us. Cancellations and Modifications

Orders can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable."

We deliver to over 190 countries worldwide. However, due to logistical limitations, we are unable to ship to Pakistan, Bangladesh, and North Korea."
